Energy regulation and infrastructure

Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution
Litigation refers to the act, process, or practice of settling a dispute in a court of law. It is a process for handling disputes using the court systems.
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) includes mediation and arbitration, processes which can take place either independently of the court system or during the course of the in-court litigation process.
